The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:


“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TwachaKalp


“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.


“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.


“Website” refers to twachakalp.com, accessible from https://twachakalp.com


“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Shipping

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within two working days of the confirmation. The orders received after 6:00 PM IST are processed on the next working day. 

Delivery Time

The usual delivery time is 4-8 working days from the day an order is processed, depending upon the shipping location.

The delivery time is indicative and might vary due to external factors. In case of any delay at any stage (that's rare though), we inform the customers ASAP.

Shipping Charges

Twachakalp offers Free Shipping on each order above a certain amount, which varies from time to time, and the same is mentioned on the home page of the website.

 

For orders below the minimum eligible amount of free shipping, a flat rate of ₹40/- applies.

International Shipping

At present, we don't accept international orders.

Rules For Change In Details

Shipping details can't be changed once the order is confirmed.

We don't take any responsibility for the delay in the delivery or loss of package due to incomplete or wrong address being provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only within 6 hours of order placement. And in such a case, the amount will be refunded.

It can take 8-10 business days to reflect the refund amount in your bank account.

 

The order can't be canceled after 6 hours of placing the order and we won't be able to process any cancellation and refund requests. Further, we won't be able to handle any refund request if the customer denies accepting the parcel at the doorstep and/or 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner.

Return & Replacement

The items delivered can't be returned or replaced, except in the following cases:

  1. Wrong product(s) are delivered (different than the ones you ordered). 

  2. If goods are received in the damaged condition. In this case, we will need appropriate proof to verify, including relevant photos and opening videos.

Process For Return & Replacement

In the above cases, you are requested to contact us through email or WhatsApp (with video and photo proof) copy of the invoice, and an order number to let us rectify the issue. Upon verification, necessary details will be communicated over email to further the return or replacement process.

Conditions For Return, Replacement, and Refund

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, if possible.

  • Once confirmed, the item should be returned to L-108/3C Saket Nagar, Bhopal (MP), 462024.

  • The safety of the same is the responsibility of the customer. However, we will bear the cost of return in the cases mentioned above, subject to conditions (necessary details will be shared over email).

  • No refund will be provided for the opened or used product.

  • We suggest and request you pick the items after careful consideration as we don't offer a refund and/or replacement just because of a change of mood or mind.

  • No request for cancellation, return, or refund will be entertained after the deadlines mentioned. Your co-operation helps us serve you better.

Data Privacy

The privacy of the data provided to us during online orders is also governed by our privacy policy, which can be accessed here 👉 Privacy Policy​

Other Important Information

  • Any delay or ill consequence happening due to acts beyond our control shall not be our responsibility, including but not limited to lockdown, pandemic, natural disaster, or any other such incidents, foreseen or unforeseen. And we should not be held liable for breach of guarantee or terms of service.

  • We use third-party logistics to transport the goods and should not be made liable for any delays or destruction of goods caused due the action of the logistics partner. Though we will try to act to the best of possibility to provide the goods to you in safe and sound condition.

  • If no one is found to receive the parcel at the customer's house when a delivery attempt is made and the goods return to their origin (that's TwachaKalp), we can charge extra for shipping the same goods again.
